About Us

Since 2016, Delaware River Solar ("DRS") has been a leading provider of Community Solar in New York State. Our 55+ Community Solar farms provide over 25,000 New York residences and businesses with access to clean, local energy. Individuals, businesses, and municipalities enjoy guaranteed savings while promoting the production of renewable energy with no additional costs and no extra equipment requirements through community solar enrollment. DRS is committed to leading the charge in New York State towards adopting clean, renewable energy.

Community Solar is specifically beneficial to New York State and it's residents, as the energy generated can be disseminated to a large number of homes, expanding the benefits to individuals and businesses who are unable to put solar panels directly onto their own rooftops. DRS’s contribution to the New York infrastructure will play an integral part in transitioning the state away from fossil fuels and towards a more sustainable energy model.
